Dogecoin Replaces the Dollar
The dollar is outdated, Dogecoin is the future world currency.
All fiscal budgets, salaries, subsidies, and pensions will be paid in Dogecoin.

Musk personally endorses: "Dogecoin, global payments, zero fees, zero inflation (actually not, but we'll tweet explanations)."
Government Reduced to Janitors Only (AI Takes Over Everything)
All government departments will be downsized to only 1% human employees.
This 1% will be responsible for cleaning server rooms, wiping AI chassis, and making coffee (mainly because AI doesn't drink coffee, humans need to boost morale).
The remaining 99% of human employees will be directly unemployed or transferred to Musk's Mars colonization program (if Mars is hiring).
Government systems fully automated: AI legislation, AI auditing, AI meetings, with meeting minutes directly output to Twitter (see next proposal).
All Government Orders Published via Twitter
No more complex congressional processes, no need for printed official gazettes.
As long as Musk posts a tweet with a rocket emoji on Twitter, that tweet represents an official executive order.
To repeal any order, simply vote with dog emoji under that tweet and collect at least 42 dog emojis (democratic checks and balances).
This rule is written into Presidential Order No. 1 (see pinned tweet).
